
Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days, and after this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns, and items should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted for books with obvious signs of use, opened cassette tapes or vinyl records, items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), and items returned more than 7 days after delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days. If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company and bank, and if still unresolved, contact us at info@peacefreedom.id. Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items cannot be refunded. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@peacefreedom.id
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit; otherwise, the refund goes to the gift giver. To return a product, mail it to the address above, and note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items.
